Hey everyone!

My name is Rick. A music lover and electronic engineer from Ireland, with many grand plans for the future. I like to spend my time trying to understand how music software and hardware works so that I can create my own synthesizers and effects, both analog and digital. 

I play keyboard for Strabe, and have also managed to get myself wrapped up in a couple of other side projects. I hope this website will become a record of my creations and a trove of information that will help future makers. 

I’m a bit of a theory nerd and plan to upload working schematics/ code and provide some basic analyses of the designs that I have learned so much from. Currently the site is pretty bare apart from photos and some basic descriptions of what I am currently working on. Writing has never come naturally to me, even when I want to share my thoughts and discoveries. I know I’ll improve with time but until then…
